Beginners level - Appropriate for girls age 4-12. Gymnasts develop flexibility, coordination, and strength. Working with rope, ball, hoop, ribbon skills. Learn movements with music. Perform choreographed routines at the annual club show.
Xcel A level - first friendly competitive level for rhythmic gymnasts who have been doing RG for over a year. Gymnasts must be well skilled in basics, have developed flexibility, coordination, and are familiar with apparatus work. Girls practice complex skills. Performing with music. Competition participation is optional.
Xcel B level - second year Xcel gymnasts who already competed. Well skilled in basic rhythmic gymnastics skills. Gymnasts work on advanced routines, participate in performances and competitions. Work on group routines.
Level 3-4 - Competitive level. Must participate and travel for competitions. Gymnasts must have advanced flexibility skills, coordination skills.
Level 5-9 - Advanced competitive level.
Ballet - Ballet teaches strength, coordination, and flexibility. Ballet helps the body to be strong and limber, and it helps with mobility and posture. Good for all levels.
